Sareen is a seasoned expert in micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) development and the industry–policy interface, with extensive experience supporting enterprise growth, competitiveness, and industrial development. His work spans policy advisory, ecosystem strengthening, and ground-level engagement with enterprises, enabling him to bridge strategic policy design with operational realities.
Over the years, Sareen has worked across sectors to strengthen MSME ecosystems, design enterprise support systems, and contribute to industrial development frameworks. He brings a nuanced understanding of how enterprises operate within regulatory, financial, and market environments, and has been closely involved in facilitating alignment between industry needs and policy interventions.
His expertise lies in designing and strengthening MSME ecosystems, enabling industry–government collaboration, and supporting enterprise growth, formalization, and scaling pathways. He has also advised on investment facilitation and sectoral development strategies, helping create enabling conditions for enterprise expansion and job creation.
