Neha is a business strategist operating at the intersection of trade, industry, and public policy, focused on advancing inclusive and execution-driven economic frameworks. With a background in law, she brings a systems-oriented approach that bridges regulatory insight with industry practice.

She serves as a Board Member of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO) under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, is the Promoter of York Print Pvt. Ltd., and is actively engaged with Laghu Udyog Bharati, where she works to strengthen grassroots industry participation, including through women-led enterprise networks.

Her work centres on shaping and enabling export ecosystems—driving efforts to support first-generation exporters, deepen value chains, and enhance market access. She has been closely involved in policy and industry dialogues on export-led growth, while facilitating international trade engagements and institutional partnerships that translate policy priorities into implementable outcomes.

Her experience spans export facilitation, capacity building, and multi-stakeholder coordination across government, industry, and development platforms, including engagement with emerging regional economies such as India’s Northeast.

Most recently, she was a finalist at a Harvard Policy Hackathon, where she developed a bank-led financing model to strengthen skilling ecosystems, reflecting her interest in integrating finance, skills, and market access within policy design.

She is currently pursuing the Advanced Management Programme in Public Policy (AMPPP) at the Indian School of Business. Her work is anchored in building policy frameworks that are scalable, globally competitive, and grounded in implementation realities.
