About

Adarsh is a policy strategist and ecosystem builder working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, innovation, and institutional development. His work spans government advisory, global ecosystem research, accelerator design, and digital public infrastructure, with a focus on translating policy vision into scalable, execution-ready systems.

He has worked across government, multilateral, academic, and institutional contexts in India and internationally, advising on the design of entrepreneurship ecosystems, startup policies, incubation systems, and innovation-led economic strategies. His experience includes leading and contributing to large-scale policy research, building accelerator platforms, and developing frameworks for ecosystem diagnostics, financing, and institutional strengthening.

Adarsh has been closely associated with flagship policy and research initiatives, including work with NITI Aayog and Atal Innovation Mission, as well as engagements spanning international ecosystem benchmarking and comparative policy analysis across leading global innovation hubs.

His work is characterized by a strong combination of analytical rigor, global perspective, and implementation focus—enabling institutions to move from policy design to measurable economic and ecosystem outcomes.
